Chhajuka Chaubara Program as on 7th December 2011 at India community center, Cupertino, CA

The Program was started by the musical presentations by P K Banga and Manilal Jagtap.
Jagtap also presented one of the Hindi movie songs on mouthorgan. Avtar Kaur also presented devotional song.
Thereafter Amrita Verma presented the talk on how Capital from Calcutta to New Delhi was shifted under British Rule. She also gave very good picture how New Delhi was built up those days.
Parthsarthy discussed the happiness and unhappiness and reasons thereof. He gave positive aspects of happiness like Love, Affection and the maintenance of Good Health. However he added that we become unhappy some time because of worries, anxiety and hatred. He concluded that out all worries 90 % are Baseless, 5% are because of What other think about us while 4% are created by our imaginations.Therefore remaining 1% worries are only genuine. Hence we should create a state of mind whereby we can get rid of worries and make our self happy.
Dr Akur Srinivasan talk on ‘The investigating journalism’ which should be responsible and based on truth. In this connection he referred several cases from 1872 including Water Gate,(USA) Mundra, Boffers and 2 G Spectrum cases. He further added that investigating journalism is not easy wherein journalist has to examine truth, and to do undercover operation. They have to even take photographs to substantiate their contentions if necessary.
Thereafter Anuradha Jagdeesh along with Group leader Shobha Prabakar presented the devotional songs including in Kannada. Raghavan Embar was on Tabala.
The coordination in presentation of the program was excellent. The group presented the devotional songs related to all Indian deities.i.e. Siva, Ganesh, Kartikya, Ram, Krishna, Ambaa, Lord Ayyepan, Tulsi, Laxmi, etc. They created very pious atmosphere by their melodious Bhajans From Meera, Dayanand Saraswati and other Saints. The program was concluded with the world peace song ‘Maitree’ written by Chakravarty Rajgopalchari.
B K Rao made sum up at the end and thanked the group for presenting such nice program.
