Sunila Fondekar informed regarding the agenda of the program.
Thereafter Dinesh Bajaj introduced Pradeep Joshi and his close association with In-do American community service center, CA to the present India community center . He also congratulated Pradeep Joshi on his receiving ‘ Award ‘from Santa Clara County.
Pradeep Joshi gave details regarding the formation of In-do American community service Center, CA Which was formed in the year 1988. He gave due tribute Smt Matra Mashruwala who formed ‘ICSC’ at Sandipani, San Jose. He also informed regarding his services to the community as a commissioners in various capacities with Santa Clara County and city of Sunnyvale.
He further added his views on ageing and said that ‘Aging is not a curse if you have positive approach. He added illness, forgetfulness, total dependence on others, and depression brings misery to seniors life. However it can be tackled by Mediation, Yoga, Physical Exercise. Besides that seniors should develop interest in Hobbies like writing, music, dance,Sports and other Cultural Activities.
He concluded that all problems and difficulties are temporary. It has to be faced in positive manner. It will bring less misery and more happiness in seniors life.
Mahipal Ghemawat pointed out the adverse effects of plastic on human life. He gave details regarding the same wherein he informed that 3vPVC, 5PP, 6PS Plastic are very much unsafe for the human life
Mahendrabhai taught Yoga to seniors for about one hour at the end. His style
was humorous and lively.
