Third Monday Program as on 01/21/2013

(The Spiritual Session)

 The session  started with  prayer. The meeting was conducted by T P Subramonion and Sister Kusumbahen from  Milpitas Bramhakumari Center was a Guest Speaker.
                                T P Subramonian introduced the Guest speaker. He also gave the history of Bramhakumari movement which was started in the year 1937 by then one businessman Dada Lekhraj at Sindh.  Its headquarter was transferred to Mount Abu, Rajasthan State thereafter. Dinesh Bajaj also paid tribute to Bramhakumari Kusumbahen. He added that Bramhakumari movement is seeking transformation through  yoga, and mediation
                       Thereafter  the power point presentation was made regarding ' How to draw happiness through Nature,  Observing Silence, and Introspection.  It was based on the message of Bramhakumari Movements.
                                  Bramhakumari Kusumbahen  presented her talk on '"How to live Peaceful/Happy(Stress free) Life?" She  began with explaining the  meaning of 'Ohm'. She gave more stress on  Action, Utterances, and Mind in that regard. She narrated a story wherein love affection and care cure the problem. She informed that 98% decease start from the mind.  The root cause of all unhappiness  are thoughts.
                                 She classified the thoughts in four categories i.e.Negative, Wasteful, Routine and Positive. The negative thought create the problem. Some time thought are wasteful i.e.Like feeling during the Traffic Jam. It creates feeling of frustration, confusion, anger, irritation etc. Besides that too much thinking about past and future is also waste. The interfering in others life is also waste of energy. The positive thoughts are the thoughts which are necessary.  The quality thoughts are the thoughts which comes by focusing  the mind in positive manner. It reduce the pain in the body. You can also have positive thought through spiritual philosophy. She concluded that healthy minds always keeps body healthy.The question answer session was very well received by Seniors.
                                Thereafter meditation session was conducted for few minutes. Dinesh Bajaj facilitated Bramhakumari Kusumbahen. The T P Subramonion also did the summing up at the end.
