                                                     The session was presided over  by M K Rao and the Guest speaker was Prema Sastry, MA in Industrial Psychology, Director,Premaarpan Yoga and Wellness Center, Los Getos, CA, She spoke on " Mental Dynamics of Happiness"
                                                     Eunice De Sa  offered prayer and Prema Santhnam gave introduction of the Guest Speaker.
                                                      M L Swamy gave welcome address and wherein he gave brief reports regarding FOSWL(India) Chennai and Hyderabad.  He also informed regarding the inauguration of FOSWL(India) Mysore Chapter.
                                                      Prema Sastry started her talk with Sanskrit verses for peace and happiness  She said happiness has no limit but it depends upon individual.  We requires peace, contentment and restfulness in order to achieve happiness. The happiness mainly depends upon once mind. One must know how to control mind i.e.  like car. One must also manage to  park mind in the right place. She further explained how the mind works?  It depends upon high and low mood. We may not act when we are in low mood.  we have also conscious and unconscious mind. However conscious mind create instant feeling. But we must give proper time to our mind. We must give more importance to positive thinking which helps one to see in the right perceptive.  That is a key of happiness. The different thoughts are involve in different realities. We must be able to separate realities and should have compassion for such thoughts for creating good feelings within us. It will also give all happiness in the process. The feelings also play very important role in order to achieve happiness. Besides that Jealousy, Ego, Hate feelings, are some of the factors which are root cause of all unhappiness. She concluded that one should ride over circumstances instead of circumstances riding over them. It is most important that one should be the master of  mind  in order to achieve happiness.
                                                      Tanuja Bhahel, CEO, ICC, also addressed the meeting regarding the program of 17 Th March 2013,(i.e.10th Anniversary celebrations of India community center) at ICC, Milpitas,CA.
                                                       The question answer session was well received by Seniors.
